The mission of MBJ Grupa is to provide professional personal and property protection services, including the design and installation of electronic security systems, as well as monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems. We operate under a license issued by the Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration and hold full civil liability insurance.

Physical security

Our security personnel are properly trained and licensed, including first aid training, operation of CCTV and alarm systems, as well as occupational health and safety and fire protection procedures. Security staff are supervised around the clock by control teams and electronic monitoring systems.

Each protected facility receives

  • a dedicated Coordinator responsible for contract execution and ongoing supervision of security staff
  • support from intervention patrols
  • an electronic guard tour control system with a panic button
  • wireless communication, including a mobile phone
  • security personnel dressed in uniforms agreed with the Client

MBJ Grupa monitoring center - CCTV and alarm monitoring services

Monitoring

We operate our own 24/7 Monitoring Center, enabling continuous monitoring of signals from protected facilities, including CCTV surveillance from virtually any system installed on site, and immediate response in accordance with established procedures.

As part of our monitoring services, we offer

  • remote monitoring of CCTV systems
  • monitoring of intrusion, panic, and alarm signals

As part of remote monitoring, we can provide

  • Video patrols – camera image inspection carried out according to a predefined schedule or on demand (e.g. video patrols performed at night every 1–2 hours or initiated automatically when the alarm system is armed)
  • in strategic locations with fixed image parameters (e.g. server rooms, vaults), it is possible to define a reference image for comparison
  • Video analytics in alarm mode – advanced monitoring systems, depending on the level of integration and technical parameters of the equipment, enable alarm signals generated by video analytics (e.g. line crossing, loitering, zone intrusion)

We install technical security systems using equipment from leading global manufacturers. We design custom system solutions, selecting hardware to match the objectives and scope of protection agreed with the Client.
